Patrick Brusil

I am Patrick Brusil, a Realtor and Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty Boston-Metro. I work Greater Boston, the North Shore, and towns across Eastern Massachusetts. Our office is at 20 Park Plaza in Boston.

I got my license in 2007 and started selling full time in January 2008, in the middle of the financial crisis. That start taught me a simple rule: clients need the numbers and the truth about them, not a pitch.

Since then I have worked with first-time buyers and sellers, investors and landlords, diplomats, and founders of tech startups. I have not seen everything. I have seen enough to know when to dig, when to wait, and when to say what is uncomfortable now so the market does not say it later.

How I work

I price homes myself from the sales that matter, and I show you every one I used. Pricing and value are two different things. I say which one we are talking about.

I explain each step of a transaction before we get to it. I tell you what I would do if I were in your seat. The decision stays yours.

Every month I publish The Context Report: single-family sales across 129 Eastern Massachusetts towns, with the median, the 12-month trend, and an estimated monthly carrying cost. A short video can give a price. The report gives the context.

Who Team Brusil helps

Sellers who want a clear home value and a plan to sell. Buyers who want the right house without being pushed. People comparing towns who want real numbers, not slogans.

If you want a home value range, I send it within one business day. Call or text (857) 392-5772, or use the home value form.

Outside of work

When I am not working, I am with my wife Melissa, our daughter Ruby, and our rescue dog Daisy.
