What is my home worth?

It depends on what similar homes near you have actually sold for, adjusted for size, condition and location. Send us your address and Patrick will send a value range with the comparable sales behind it.

Is this an automated estimate?

No. Patrick reviews the sales himself. Automated estimates cannot see your renovations, your street or your condition, and in Eastern Massachusetts they can miss by a wide margin.

Does it cost anything, and do I have to list with you?
